Positive Notes: What went right for you and your team this week?

From the meetings we had in person and online, it seems everyone is excited and comfortable working with each other on the project. I’m glad we all are working together and that the meetings I held went smoothly.

Negative Notes: What went wrong for you and your team this week?

I don’t feel that there were any negatives this week. Things were a little slow on my end and overall due to getting everyone on the same page, but for the week coming up we were able to build a solid plan moving forward.

Upcoming Notes: What are you working on next?

My next steps are to meet with the art team to discuss the art direction we want to move forward with in the game, and personally, I want to refine concept art for Mace and other characters if possible.
