What Went Right:

  1. The team made some really cool visual assets (2D and 3D) that we’re proud of!

  2. All our resources and tasks were organized very well, making it easy to find and track things.

  3. Our overall team communication was pretty good, coordinating as a group on each push.

What Went Wrong:

  1. We were down a member for most of the project, which made it harder for the rest of the team to create and take on the workload.

  2. Even though internal deadlines were made, they were rarely ever met, leading to some rushed pushes.

  3. Our project was usually overscoped, as we sometimes planned or started creating features we were not capable of implementing.

Lessons Learnt:

  1. Distribute tasks better and strictly enforce deadlines so that the team may progress without being held back by others.

  2. When developing a concept, underscope to cover the core idea(s) before adding too much to the project.

  3. Ensure everyone on the team is able to communicate in some way, so we may understand the project and organize ourselves better.
