Went Right: Team members were quickly organized into the pipeline and a general structure for time management and information was laid out which is good.
Went Wrong: I think it is too early for things to be going wrong but I would liked to have put in more time.
Upcoming: Meeting with each team, updating/populating Notion with tasks.
