Positive: What went right for your team this week?
Everyone is super pumped to get to work! We were able to divide our roles up quickly, so I am confident we will have a smoother development experience this quarter! It really helps to have the extra members, as it lightens everyone's workload.
Negative: What went wrong for you and your team this week?
Nothing went wrong this week, as it was mainly acclimating the new members to our workflow and handing out roles. Communication has been a bit tricky due to no class this week, but I’m not worried. Once we all meet together again next week, we will be good to go!
Upcoming:
I plan to work with Jason on updating the task tracker and the website. I will also provide assistance as a concept artist, but only as needed due to the large number of artists on the team.
