Tasks Completed:

  • Met with artists to discuss work distribution and goals for the week (0.5 hours)

  • Created mood board (2.5 hours)

  • Added each member’s PPJs to the website (1 hour)

Total number of hours of work completed: 4 hours

Work Example:

Positive: What went right for your team this week?

Our team worked efficiently this week to complete a good chunk of our goals. We stayed in high spirits and communicated when we would have things done and if we needed assistance from another team member.

Negative: What went wrong for you and your team this week?

Once again, I was sick, so I did not have as productive of a team discussion with my members on Zoom since it was difficult to hear them. This caused frustration about my tasks and expectations, so I expressed my concerns to the group. Thankfully, the artists met to elaborate on our tasks and make everyone feel less stressed about the project. It relieved my worries and furthered my confidence in our team to create a great product! Another negative is that I am tasked with creating the concept art for Sickle, Mace’s dog, but with burnout and art block, I did not get as much done as I wanted.

Upcoming:

I’m excited to finally meet with my team members! I plan to work on the concept art for Sickle, so it is ready for next week, while also adjusting our website!
